How we protect your data
- Local-first and customer-hosted. Our apps run on your device, and kulla deploys inside your own infrastructure. Your data stays yours.
- No tracking, no data resale. We don't monetize your behavior and we don't sell your information.
- Auditable by construction. kulla writes every decision and action to a tamper-evident record, exportable and independently verifiable.
- Permission gateway. In kulla, every agent action is gated by an operator-set level: deny, ask, notify, or auto.
Operational maturity
- MOMUS DEV, LLC operates a documented Cyber Security Awareness Program (v1.0), attested by all founders.
- All kulla intellectual property is owned outright by MOMUS DEV, LLC, with clean provenance and no third-party encumbrances.
- Published Privacy Policy; kulla Terms of Service available on the kulla site.
Enterprise artifacts
Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Master Services Agreement (MSA), Security Exhibit, and the Content Moderation & Takedown Procedure are available to enterprise buyers and procurement teams on request.
