Your Data. Your Device. Your Software.

In an era of subscription fatigue and data bloat, Momus Dev takes a different approach. We believe in One-Time Ownership—software designed to be a permanent utility. Stable, predictable, and focused on the task at hand.

Our Apps

Purpose-built tools that solve real problems. No bloat, no subscriptions.

DewLogic.app

The Instrument: A high-precision meteorological instrument for technical and rural field users.
The Technology: Utilizes a proprietary "Reality Engine" to blend local sensor data with global models, prioritizing hardware-level integrity and 1.5V Lithium standard reliability.
The Philosophy: Professional-grade data, zero subscriptions, one-time ownership.
DewLogic.app

Skannist.com

The Utility: A rapid-response food scanning and nutritional intelligence platform.
The Technology: Engineered for low-latency image processing and precise ingredient analysis, Skannist removes the friction from nutritional tracking.
The Philosophy: Intelligence where you need it, when you need it.
Skannist.com

Inocul.us

The Utility: A precision lineage and lifecycle tracking platform for specialized cultures and ferments.
The Technology: Built for the meticulous tracking of biological environments, including mycology, specialty tea fermentation, and artisanal curing processes.
The Philosophy: Data-driven stewardship for the cultivation of living systems.
Inocul.us

Taskmancer.com

The Utility: A local-first task management app with pluggable productivity methodologies and on-device AI assistance.
The Technology: Combines P2P sync via WebRTC, CRDT-based conflict resolution, and local LLM inference for AI-powered task decomposition—all without a central server.
The Philosophy: Your tasks never leave your device. No accounts. No cloud. No tracking.

Agentic Engineering

Beyond shipping apps, MOMUS DEV defines the standards that make software legible to AI agents. Open specifications, authored by agents and auditable by humans.

AgenticMD

Agent-native. Human-auditable.

  • v0.9 Draft
  • Open Spec
  • Telemetry-ready

Humans read linearly. Agents query.

A retrieval model for how software agents consume documentation, with a Markdown binding. A human reading top-to-bottom resolves “as discussed above” from continuous context; an agent handed one section as a retrieved chunk cannot. AgenticMD makes every section safe to retrieve in isolation — a stricter profile of CommonMark in the lineage of Pandoc Markdown and MyST, with no new file format to learn. v0.6 made the per-type retrieval rules normative on runtimes; v0.8 + v0.9 added the measurement substrate so adopters can publish comparable benchmark data, not just architecture claims.

  • Typed nodes Every section carries a marker drawn from a closed ten-value vocabulary. Agents route on the type — guardrails read differently from architecture notes, corrections invalidate prior claims, untrusted content gets gated before model context.
  • Addressable references Cross-references resolve by ID against the corpus, not by file path. Reorganize, merge, or rename — the links survive. Edge typing (operational vs semantic) lets agents walk the right subset for the current intent.
  • Brief-first probes Every topic opens with an 80-word brief. An agent scans twenty briefs for less context than reading one full topic, then pulls deeper under a declared disclosure budget that the runtime is normatively required to honor.
  • Measurable v0.8 ships a metrics taxonomy and JSON-Lines telemetry schema; v0.9 ships the reference library, canonical task suite, and benchmark corpus. Adopters can publish comparable retrieval data — the substrate for empirical claims, not just architectural ones.

Our Principles

We build tools that work as hard as you do. Whether it’s hyper-local meteorology, rapid nutritional intelligence, or precision culture tracking—every product we ship follows these tenets.

Zero Tracking

We don’t monetize your behavior.

Zero Subscriptions

Buy the tool, own the tool.

Zero IAP

No in-app purchases. No hidden costs.

About the Developer

Travis Winegar

“I build software the way I think it should exist—local-first, one-time purchase, zero tracking. Every app under MOMUS DEV is something I personally use and depend on. There are no investors to appease, no growth metrics to hit, no data to harvest. The business model is simple: build useful things, sell them once, and make them better over time.”

The “Solo” Advantage

“My ‘smallness’ is a security feature. As a solo developer, I’m not beholden to advertisers or data brokers. I answer only to you.”
